Gevraagd profiel van de IT service desk agent:

Minimaal 2 ervaring in een vergelijkbare IT functie (1e /2e lijn support)
ITIL gecertificeerd (minimaal foundation)
Goede beheersing van Nederlandse en Duitse (MUST) taal:
MCDST is een pre
MS office (bijv. MS outlook PST bestanden koppelen)
Ervaring met ondersteuning op Active Directory
Ervaring met ondersteuning op Operating Systems (XP, Vista, 2007)
Ervaring met remote support tools

2 Storage Administrators NAS

For one of our clients we are looking for 2 Storage Administrators NAS.

Role:

Responsible for storage environments which consist of McData/Brocade fabrics and EMC2s Celerra family NAS headers and Clariion family storage arrays. Support ongoing management and operational activities to include upgrades, problem resolution and change activities. Responsible for configuration planning, integration and implementation of Storage solutions.

Tasks:

Provide continuous support for customer base needing changes to leveraged NAS allocations.
Provide Problem and Incident Management support for NAS management software, storage arrays and fabric.
Perform SLA and billing reporting.
Perform NAS Health Checks, interpret results, and define corrective actions.
Develop and implement Business Continuity and Remote Data Replication solutions.
Interface directly with Vendor Assistance Centre on all issues affecting the leveraged environment and its customers.
Maintain Storage Services Management tools and process (SSMSv2).
Strategize on future requirements, needs, and position of all leveraged NAS resources.
Support and define procurement requirements of NAS infrastructure.
Participate in TSRs (Technical Solution Reviews).
Provide NAS Consultation.
Develop new processes and procedures.
Perform vendor Professional Services functions.
Support new business projects, coordinate solutions.
Support new business pursuits.

Requirements:

MBOﱰ working level and intellectual capacity
Thorough Unix and/or Windows experience and knowledge
Knowledge of NAS infrastructures and benefits
Good command of Dutch and English (both verbal and written)

2 Sophis Risque Support Engineers

We are looking for 2 Sophis Risque support engineersfor our client in Amsterdam

Tasks:

Act as 3rd line support for the Sophis Risque (currently v5.3.4.19) application and its Toolkit, API and RiskCOM modules, both for Front-, Midd-, Back office, Accounting, Risk and other departments.
Liaise with developers, users, business analysts, Sophis User Desk, end users etc, to analyze and solve problems as quickly as possible.
You work under responsibility of the coordinator

The profile

Preferably College or University level
proven track record within Sophis Risque support, preferable Front-to-Back
Experience with server and client side of Sophis Risque
Knowledge of financial products within Global Markets and Securities Financing is a pro
Knowledge of Sophis database and SQL to query it
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and databases (particularly WINTEL / UNIX / Oracle 10) in general
Experience with VBA and/or C is a plus
Able to cope with stress
Flexible in working times (because of global use of the system, in various time zones)

Vereist:

Active Directory of ADFS 2.0 (federated services) en de Internet Standaard SAML 2.0 (security assertion markup language)
Programming Web services: WS-Security and WS-Federation

Preferred:

ISA en UAG (unified access gateway) en Forefront Identity Management
Microsoft PKI (public key infrastructure - omgang met certificaten)

De kandidaat is in staat de vertaalslag te maken van gebruikerseisen naar systeemconcept/-ontwerp, gebruikmakend van bovenstaande producten. Vervolgens moet hij tevens in staat zijn dit concept/ontwerp te ontwikkelen en implementeren. De nadruk ligt daarbij op de ontwikkeling en implementatie van van Federated Services oplossingen.
Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift is een voorwaarde.
